What do I need to book a detail?
Fill out a booking form and send your vehicle type, location, and what you’d like done (interior, exterior, or both). If you can, include 2–4 photos and any concerns (pet hair, stains, smells, sand).For mobile appointments, I’ll need access to water + power, and I recommend clearing personal items for the smoothest clean.Most details take anywhere from 3–8 hours or more depending on the vehicle condition and service, so in most cases it’s best to plan on leaving the vehicle with me for the day.
What products do you use?
I use professional-grade products and tools that I’ve personally tested for safe cleaning, great results, and durable protection.Product choice depends on the vehicle’s condition, the surface, and the type of service. I use trusted detailing brands, including premium options such as GYEON, along with other proven products I know perform well in real-world conditions on the Coast.
Do you travel outside of Sechelt for details?
Yes — I detail across the Sunshine Coast. If you’re outside my normal service area, a small travel fee may apply (I’ll confirm it before booking).
Do you have a maintenance program? How do I qualify?
Yes — Clean As A Whistle Club is for clients who want their vehicle kept consistently clean with monthly or bi-monthly express visits.
To qualify, you’ll start with a full Interior Detail or Interior and Exterior Detail, then you’re eligible for member pricing based on your needs.
Do you detail year-round?
I detail year-round, but weather can affect exterior services. During heavy rain or freezing temperatures, I may recommend rescheduling for the best results.If you have a covered space (carport/garage), I can often still complete the job. Drop-off is also an option in some cases.
How do payments and invoices work?
Payment is easy — I’ll send a receipt/invoice for payment and your records.

Please remove personal items and valuables before your appointment.I clean every vehicle with care, but I’m not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile/loose parts, or issues related to aging/compromised components. Cleaning may reveal wear, staining, scratches, or damage that was previously hidden by dirt/debris.Some stains, odours, pet hair, and contamination may be permanent or may require additional treatment/visits. Pricing is based on average condition, and heavy buildup (pet hair, sand, mud, mold, etc.) may require extra time and affect final pricing. If anything falls outside the original scope, I’ll confirm it with you first.Mold, biohazards, pests, or other hazardous contamination may require specialized remediation and may be declined, referred out, or re-quoted depending on severity.Engine bays, delicate areas, child seats, roof boxes/racks, and aftermarket accessories are cleaned with care, but I’m not responsible for prior installation issues, wear, damage, or reinstallation/adjustment. Child seat positioning should always be checked by the owner after service.Trunk/spare tire/storage areas are cleaned only if accessible and emptied (unless otherwise arranged).
